Import entity and binder information from a spreadsheet

With Tools, Entity Import, you can:

Create several entities at once.

Create 1 binder for each entity.

Create a workarea.

Before you begin: Prepare your source file to import new entities.

Go to Tools
, Admin Tools
, and then Entity Import
.

Select an existing workarea or create a new one.

Select your import file, then Next
.

Select a template or create a new one.

Identify and map the data. Make sure to specify the correct starting row if the spreadsheet file contains a header row, and then Save
.

Select Import
. If any errors are found, you can select Previous
to go back and fix, then try re-importing.
