Create a Form 8975 Schedule A mapping chart

  1. Select
    Charts
    , and then
    Federal | Accounts and Adjustments
    .
  2. Select
    Add Chart
    .
  3. To map an account, select
    Federal Account(s)
    .
  4. Select the appropriate tax return line and then
    Map
    .
  5. You can:
    1. Select
      Export
      to generate an xlsx file listing all accounts in the federal chart with a related tax return line.
    2. Select
      Print
      to produce an xlsx or PDF report that includes only those federal accounts that are cross referenced to a Schedule A field.
    3. Import
      a mapping. If a mapped account's included in the file with a blank tax return line, the mapping gets removed for the federal account during import.
  6. When ready, select
    Save
    .
