Cloud connector set up

You you'll need set up a new Cloud Connector instance in your Cloud Connector to connect your S/4HANA On-Premises system to SAP BTP (Thomson Reuters hosted Sub-account).
  1. Provide the region where your SAP BTP resides.
  2. Get your subaccount ID from Thomson Reuters.
  3. Know the Thomson Reuters login email and password to access the Thomson Reuters BTP instance.
  4. Install and Configure Cloud Connector
  5. Download and install the SAP Cloud Connector from the SAP Support Portal.
  6. Open the Cloud Connector administration UI (usually accessible via https://<hostname>:8443)
  7. Go to to the
    Subaccount
    section.
  8. Select
    Add Subaccount.
  9. Enter the details available on your BTP Sub-account provided by Thomson Reuters.
  10. Ensure that the connection status is green (connected) under the subaccount section.
  11. Set up a Cloud to On-premise connection
  12. Select the
    Access Control
    tab.
  13. Select the + (plus).
  14. Select
    ABAP System
    .
  15. Select either
    HTTP
    or
    HTTPS
    depending on your requirements and set up.
  16. Enter the hostname of your SAP S/4HANA On-Premises system.
  17. Enter the port number used by your SAP S/4HANA On-Premises system and
    Save
    .
  18. After entering the host name and port number, map it to the internal host.
  19. Ensure the internal host name and port are correctly configured.
  20. Select
    Save
    .
  21. Select the
    +
    button to add a new resource.cloud-configuration
  22. Save the configuration.
  23. Go to to the Cloud Connectors section on your sub-account on BTP cockpit. On successful completion of the Cloud Connector set up the connections will be visible in this section.
