Create users

  1. In the SAP GUI, enter transaction code SU01 in the command field.
  2. In the User Maintenance screen, enter a new username.
  3. Select
    Create
    .
  4. In the
    Address
     tab, fill in the necessary details.
  5. In the
    Logon Data
     tab, select
    System
     as the User Type from the dropdown. This ensures that the user is created as a system user and not a dialog user.
  6. Set an appropriate initial password for the user.
  7. Select the
    Roles
     tab.
  8. Assign the role for this user.
  9. Select
    Save
    .
