 Utilizing SAPUI5 technology, the application offers a responsive and simplified user interface. Our UI/UX design focuses on better visualization of process flows and tax calculations within SAP Global Next, enhancing the representation of tax results.
Sales Order Filtering:
 The landing page allows users to filter all sales orders retrieved from the back-end SAP S/4 HANA system integrated with the OneSource Indirect Tax determination tool. This ensures only relevant data is displayed, enhancing efficiency and focus.
Party Involvement Filter:
 The landing page also displays the number of parties involved in each flow, enabling users to filter based on the number of parties if needed. This feature is particularly useful for managing complex 3-party and 4-party processes.
Document Visualization:
 Once a sales order is selected, the application visualizes various documents involved in the 3-party or 4-party processes, including FI documents for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). This comprehensive view simplifies viewing all documents involved in the process flow in one place without having to switch between various transactions codes in SAP S/4HANA.
Tax Detail Drill-Down:
 Upon selecting a required document, users can drill down to view detailed tax information for each line item, including a summary of tax details such as:
  • Count on Severity2 messages (Header)
  • Count on Severity2 messages (Line)
  • Count of TransEditor applied
Detailed Tax Information:
 Selecting a respective line item navigates users to another drill-down page that shows in-depth tax details, including:
  • Authority Name
  • Tax Amount
  • Tax Rate
  • Rule Order
  • ERP Tax Code
  • Tax Type
  • Tax Direction
  • Tax Rate Code
  • Jurisdiction Text
  • Registration used
