New Features

NEW FORMAT OF EXCEL (XLSX) SUPPORTED FOR REPORT GENERATION (834006,1167436)
We introduced an additional option for customers to export/download and schedule reports in Excel (XLSX) format. Customers can continue using the format of Excel (XLS) for any previously scheduled reports.
FIELDS OF ‘BUSINESS LOCATION’ AND ‘BUSINESS LOCATION - LINE’ AVAILABLE IN ‘CUSTOM REPORT’ AND ‘CUSTOM REPORT – ADDITIONAL FIELDS’ (843852, 1187409)
We introduced
'Business Location'
and
'Business Location - Line' to the 'fields' section of 'Custom Reports'
and
'Custom Report - additional fields'
. Customers can use Trans Editors in ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination to map the store number or business location in
BUSINESS_LOCATION
field and view that in the
'Custom Reports'
and
'Custom Report - additional fields'
in Reports and Analytics.
NEW FIELDS ADDED TO ‘US TAX SUMMARY EXTRACT REPORT’ AND ‘IDT COMPLIANCE SALES & USE EXTRACT REPORT’ (1087171, 1087447, 1086527, 1086533, 954325, 834657, 1177768)
The following three new fields were introduced in the
Indirect Tax Compliance Sales & Use Extract report
:
  • 'Gross Amount Sum - Tax'
    which reflects the sum of gross amount at the authority/tax level.
  • 'Taxable Basis Sum – Tax'
    which reflects the sum of Taxable basis at the authority/tax level.
  • 'Non Taxable Basis Sum – Tax'
    which reflects the sum of Non Taxable basis at the authority/tax level.
The following four new fields were introduced in the
US Tax Summary Extract report
:
  • 'Gross Amount Sum - Tax'
    which reflects the sum of gross amount at the authority/tax level
  • 'Gross Amount'
    which reflects the sum of gross amount at the line level
  • 'Taxable Basis Sum – Tax'
    which reflects the sum of Taxable basis at the authority/tax level
  • 'Non Taxable Basis Sum – Tax'
    which reflects the sum of Non Taxable basis at the authority/tax level
These fields can be found under '
Measures
', which is only available in
Edit
mode. These fields are not enabled as part of the Standard template and Users interested in incorporating these new fields into their reports will need to customize their views and add them as columns or filters into their reports in
Edit
mode. It's important to note that these fields cannot be used for the '
Group by
' function within the reports. For Users who have existing saved reports and wish to include these new data points, some modifications will be necessary to add these fields as columns and access the new information.

Fixes

‘CUSTOMER CERTIFICATE’ CONFIGURATION REPORT MISSING DATA (708901, 1180558)
We identified an issue while generating the "Customer Certificate" Configuration Report in Reports & Analytics, where the data in column ‘XML Element’ was not completely populating on the ‘Exemption Certificate Limited Use’ sub-report.
This issue was resolved, and Users are now able to successfully view this information in the report.
