NEW FIELDS ADDED TO VAT DOCUMENT DETAILS REPORT TO SPLIT TAX AMOUNTS ACROSS COUNTRY AND STATE/ PROVINCE (1287274, 1130972, 1237877, 1257905, 1218891, 1183682, 1277703, 1237878, 1261271)
VAT Document Details Report Update:
The current VAT Document Details report doesn't accurately display tax amounts split between Country and State/Province for countries like Canada and other VAT/GST regime countries. To address this, we've added columns for users to add in edit mode for
Country Tax Amount
 and
State/Provincial Tax Amount
 under the Measures section.
Key Updates:
New Columns Added:
  • Users can now add Country Tax Amount and State/Provincial Tax Amount in Edit mode.
  • These fields are found under Measures but aren't enabled in the Standard template.
  • Users interested in these fields must customize their views by adding them as columns or filters in Edit mode.
New Mandatory Input Control Parameter:
  • We're introducing a mandatory input control parameter named
    Tax Direction(s)
    .
  • This parameter allows users to generate reports based on specific needs.
  • The default selection for this parameter is
    Input
     and
    Output
    , maintaining the current report functionality.
  • Allowed values for the
    Tax Direction
     input control are
    None, Input, and Output
    .
  • Multi-select is allowed.
  • This field is mandatory.
Existing Saved Reports:
  • Users with existing saved reports who want to include these new data points will need to use the new template and add these fields as columns to access the new information.
  • We recommend using the new template, as all future updates will be applied to it.

Fixes

CUSTOMER CERTIFICATE CONFIGURATION REPORT UPDATED TO REFLECT DATA ACCURATELY (1256491)
We identified an issue where some of the data in the Custom Logic Configuration Report gets split into 2 rows. We've resolved this issue, and users are now able to view accurate information in the report.

Known Issues

ISSUE WITH REPORT GENERATION IN EDIT MODE AND SUGGESTED WORKAROUND (1275532)
When a user generates a Standard report in edit mode, their selections may not appear in the report. This is a known issue, and we are actively working on a fix. As a workaround, users can re-run the report, and all selected parameters should display correctly on the 2nd attempt.
