Create and manage scenarios

Add a Scenario
  1. Select
    Add Scenario
    to open the add/edit page.
  2. Choose a company from the dropdown in the
    Scenario Setup
    section.
  3. Enter mandatory details: Scenario Name, Effective Date, and Company Role or Document Type.
  4. Optionally, enter additional transaction details in the
    Header Information
    and
    Line Information
    sections.
  5. Select
    Save Scenario
    to store your scenario.
Edit a Scenario
  1. Select
    Edit
    from the actions dropdown next to the desired scenario.
  2. Modify the necessary details starting from step 3 in the "Adding a Scenario" section.
Copy a Scenario
  1. Select
    Duplicate
    from the actions menu.
  2. Choose a company for the new scenario.
  3. Enter a new name and select
    Duplicate
    or
    Duplicate and Open
    .
Rename a Scenario
  1. Select
    Rename
    from the actions menu.
  2. Enter a new name and follow the steps starting from step 3 in the "Adding a Scenario" section.
Delete a Scenario
  1. Select the checkbox next to the scenarios you wish to delete.
  2. Select
    Delete
    from the menu bar.
  3. Confirm by selecting
    Delete Scenario
    in the pop-up window.
View results
  1. Select
    View Results
    from the actions menu.
  2. Review tax results under the
    Result Details
    tab, including calculation breakdown and messages.
  3. Select the
    XML
    tab to view filtered XML input and output data.
