Add Users in the ONESOURCE Platform

The ONESOURCE platform standardizes the process of managing users across all ONESOURCE products. In the ONESOURCE platform, the
User Administration
area provides ONESOURCE platform Administrators with the ability to add, edit and delete users, assign permissions to products and set security options.
To add a user in the ONESOURCE platform:
  1. Sign in to the ONESOURCE platform at https://www.onesourcetax.com .
  2. Select the Administration tile.
  3. Add the user. See the Add a user topic for more information.
After the user is added to the ONESOURCE platform, the user will receive an activation email. The user must successfully sign in to the ONESOURCE platform using the provided username and temporary password.
After the user is synchronized from the ONESOURCE platform to ONESOURCE Determination - Enterprise Cloud, a ONESOURCE Determination - Enterprise Cloud user who was assigned the User Administrator role can to assign one or more user roles to the user.
