TransEditor Reodering

The Reorder function allows you to reorganize your TransEditors within the system efficiently. This feature enables you to change both the location and the specific order of a TransEditor, giving you greater control over your workspace organization.
Accessing the Reorder Function
  1. Locating the Reorder Button:
    • Navigate to the TransEditor group view.
    • Look for the action buttons associated with each TransEditor.
    • The
      Reorder
button is the 4th button in this group.
  2. Initiating the Reorder Process:
    • Select the
      Reorder
button to open the reorder dialog box.
    • This action doesn't immediately change anything, allowing you to review options before committing.
Using the Reorder Dialog:
  1. Reviewing TransEditor Information:
    • Upon opening, the dialog displays the title and subtitle of the selected TransEditor.
    • This helps confirm you're reordering the correct item.
  2. Selecting a New Location:
    • The dialog presents a list of available locations where you can move the TransEditor.
    • These locations represent different sections or categories in your system.
    • Carefully review the options to determine the most suitable new location.
  3. Specifying the Order:
    • Find the ordering input field within the dialog box.
    • Enter a numeric value in this field to set the exact position of the Trans Editor in its new location.
    • The system will validate your input to ensure it's within the acceptable range for the chosen location.
  4. Confirming Your Changes:
    • After selecting the new location and specifying the order, review your choices.
    • Look for a confirmation button (usually labeled "Reorder ") to proceed with the reorder.
    • Double-check your selections before confirming, as this action will move the TransEditor.
Post-Reorder Actions:
Viewing Updated Positions
  • Once confirmed, the system processes your request and moves the TransEditor.
  • The TransEditor group view will automatically refresh to reflect the changes.
  • Verify that the TransEditor appears in its new location and order as expected.
Canceling the Reorder
If at any point you decide not to reorder, you can typically close the dialog box or select the
Cancel
button. This action will dismiss the dialog without making any changes to the TransEditor's position.
