About entities and how to manage

Entities get added to a workarea.

Add an entity

  1. Select
    Entities
    .
  2. Select the correct workarea and then
    Add Entity
    .
  3. Enter the entity number and name.
  4. Select
    Save
    .

Delete an entity

Deleting an entity isn't available to all users by default. You must have entity delete permissions. You can use these instructions.
  1. Go to
    Tools
    ,
    Administrative Tools
    , and then
    Entity Delete
    .
  2. Select
    New Delete
    .
  3. Select a workarea. The workareas listed are the ones you have permissions to view and edit.
  4. Select an entity. Again, the ones listed are the ones you have permissions to view and edit.
  5. Enter a comment and then confirm.
  6. You must export the details of an entity and review them before you confirm deletion. Select
    Export
    .
  7. When ready, select
    Delete
    .
