Application updates: key release highlights

Business challenge
How ONESOURCE Sales and Use Tax (OSU) can help
Product updates in this release
Customers often face loading issues with the ledgers and infinite scrolling to the bottom to get all the data loaded.
OSU can provide a more user-friendly way to load the data with paginated view while ensuring quicker loading of the data in the Detailed ledger grid.
Detailed Ledger is enriched with performance tuning to ensure that there are no lags in loading the ledger records on the grid and users don't need to scroll to the bottom to load all the data.
Customers cannot rectify errors based on the messages provided on the screens.
The application now offers enhanced messages paired with practical advice for resolving errors.
All the messages are modified so that they explain the error with more clarity and the message also includes remediation steps for the users to solve the error with minimal effort.
Customers are unable to complete the batch jobs that include both Print and E-File.
The application can offer a status update for each process or batch job you start, simplified with easy-to-understand statuses
Before, jobs that involved both Printing and E-Filing would be listed as Queuing or Processing. Now they appear as either Complete or Complete with errors.
Customers are unable to filter the ledger beyond a country and state province.
The application will enhance the detailed ledger with additional filters, thus offering improved flexibility for filtering these records.
In addition to the existing filters for country and site province in the detailed ledgers, this update includes new filters for tax level, tax authority, location code, and tax type
