Workflow in administration

ONESOURCE Workflow depends on the permission settings in ONESOURCE Administration. This ensures Entities and Jurisdictions are ready for use, enabling you to view and manage tasks as needed.

Permissions

Ensure users are active and have specific Workflow access and permissions to work in each area.

  • Tasks:
You can edit tasks, view the dashboard, override due dates, and assign tasks.
  • Workflows:

  • Setup:
Permissions to manage templates and global settings.
