Clearance Settings

All settings related to the Clearance service can be accessed from the Settings section, only available in the old interface at the moment. Please note that you must be a company admin to access and modify any of the company settings.
Clearance can be accessed on the left side in the home page of Pagero Online.
Settings
button will appear in the top menu, which will redirect you to the old interface. If you use the old interface, you can reach the same page by clicking on
Settings - Settings - Company settings
.All settings related to the Clearance service can be found on the Clearance tab.
Clearance Settings explanation
As a quick note. the number of settings that will be displayed in this page will depend on the agreements your company has. If you notice that any of the following is relevant for you but it is not visible in your account, please contact your Account Manager at Pagero.
  • Clearance-enabling settings
    : Pagero offers the possibility of enabling the Clearance service or not depending on the send type (Production, Certification, Test) and if the invoice is a cross-border document or not, meaning that the receiving company is located in a different country.
  • Digital Signature
    : some Clearance flows are compatible with the digital signature service. If your company is required to send the document signed, you can enable it here. Please note that if the Clearance Authority does not support digital signatures, or it has yet to be implemented by Pagero, no signature will be applied even if this setting is enabled.
  • Clearance notifications
    : this setting dictates whether or not the approval/rejection application responses from the Clearance Authority will be sent back to you. Regardless of this, you will still be able to see the status of the document from the Clearance view, as explained in the Clearance View Interface section.
