Add ACH or credit card information to clients

You'll need to set up your firm for processing with Kotapay.
If you process ACH and credit card payments for clients using Kotapay, you may want to add account information for them before you start processing.
  1. Select
    Setup
    then
    Clients
    .
  2. Go to the client and select
    Edit
    .
  3. On the
    Billing and A/R
    tab, select
    Manage Client Accounts
    .
  4. Sign in to your CS Payment account.
  5. To add a credit card for a client:
    1. Select the
      Credit Cards
      tab.
    2. Select
      Add Card
      .
    3. Enter the credit card information and
      Save
      .
  6. To add a bank account for a client:
    1. Select the
      Bank Accounts
      tab.
    2. Select
      Add Account
      .
    3. Enter the bank account information and
      Save
      .
  7. Sign out before closing the CS Payment window to exit securely.
