Disable Microsoft Outlook interface

If your firm isn't using Microsoft Outlook, you might get various error messages when using Practice CS. To resolve errors associated with Practice CS and Outlook Integration, you can disable the Microsoft Outlook interface in Practice CS.
To disable Outlook integration with Practice CS in Virtual Office/SaaS, contact Support at (800) 968-0600. The change may take 24-48 business hours. Outlook can only be disabled firm-wide for Virtual Office/SaaS versions of Practice CS.
