Export reports to Excel

Exporting a report to Microsoft Excel lets you work with the data on the report in ways that couldn’t be done easily in the report itself, such as sorting on selected fields, reordering the fields, deleting fields, etc.
To export a report to Microsoft Excel, follow these steps:
  1. Select
    File
    then
    Print Reports
    .
  2. Select the desired report and then select
    Select
    .
  3. Use the Report Options Selection and Layout tabs to customize the report's output.
  4. Select
    Print Selected
    in the Selection tab.
  5. Mark the
    Output to file
    checkbox.
  6. Select
    Microsoft Excel (*.xls)
    in the file type field.
  7. Enter a destination for the file by entering a path or selecting
    Browse
    and then selecting a folder.
  8. Select
    OK
