Bulk supersede

If you find duplicate copies of a document, you can use the
Bulk Supersede
feature to change the duplicate copy as superseded while leaving the original copy intact. Superseded pages will show the
Superseded
stamp on top.
In the SPbinder, superseded pages will appear under
Index Tree
,
Unused
, then
Superseded
. Data from the pages associated under the
Superseded Documents
folder is deleted from all areas in SPbinder (leadsheets).
Follow these steps to supersede documents:
  1. Select
    Bulk Supersede
    Bulk Supersede icon.
    Bulk Supersede icon in the Review Wizard toolbar.
  2. Select the checkbox next to the page that should be superseded.
  3. Select
    Review
    if you also want to select the pages as reviewed. This can help you avoid individually marking each superseded page as reviewed.
    Select the page number you would like to mark superseded.
  4. You can also use
    Select All
    if you want to select all pages at once.
  5. Select
    Save
    to change each selected page to
    Superseded
    and remove the captured data when the verification is submitted.
    Select Save.
  6. Select
    Yes
    .
    Select Yes to confirm.
  7. A stamp will appear on top of the superseded pages.

  8. Additionally, the fields won't be available.
    Unavailable fields for superseded form.
  9. Select
    Remove Supreseded Stamp
    to undo supersede and remove the
    Superseded
    stamp.
    Remove Superseded Stamp.
  10. Select
    Yes
    . The document will be restored to its original state.
    Confirm document restoration.
