Filter thumbnails
When SPbinder opens, the thumbnail filter appears near the
Thumbnail
button in the Document Viewer
window.
If you don’t see the
Thumbnail
section in the Document Viewer
window, select Thumbnail
to open the thumbnail section.
You can use the filter feature to only view thumbnails for specific categories.
To filter pages, select the 
Filter
icon.
The following filter options will appear in the dropdown menu:
- Show All: Shows all pages.
- Not Indexed: Shows all unindexed pages.
- Auto-Captured Non-Standard Document(s): Shows non-standard documents that were auto-captured and indexed according to how the document was captured in the prior year.
- Not Signed-off by (L1): Shows all the pages not signed off by the L1 user.
- Not Signed-off by (L2): Shows all the pages not signed off by the L2 user.
- Not Signed-off by (L3): Shows all the pages not signed off by the L3 user.
- Not Signed-off by (L4): Shows all the pages not signed off by the L4 user.
- Document(s) added on (mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm PM/AM): Shows all the pages which are added on a particular date in the SPbinder. This filter lets you view the pages based on the date of submission (including the original submission date).
- Marked for Roll-forward: Shows all the pages marked for roll-forward.
- Modified Pages: Shows all pages that are modified after the sign-off.
Check the fields to filter pages and then select
Ok
or select Cancel
to close.
The filter options will be active only when the rules are met. For example, if all the pages are indexed, then the
Not Indexed
option will be inactive.You can select multiple options in the thumbnail filter. For example, if you want to see how many pages are not signed-off by L1 and L2, so you can select
Not signed-off by (L1)
and Not signed-off by (L2)
from the thumbnail filter.The filter shows sign-off levels based on the admin sign-off settings. If the admin settings change, then closing and reopening the SPbinder will update the filter dropdown.
