Uninstall then Reinstall

You'll need full administrative rights to uninstall/reinstall.
  1. Follow the Microsoft uninstall instructions.

  2. Uninstall the following:
    • NovaPDF 10 Printer Driver
    • NovaPDF 10 Printer Driver
    • NovaPDF 10 SDK COM (x64)
    • NovaPDF 10 SDK COM (x86)
    • SPbinder
    • SurePrepApps
  3. Temporarily disable any Virus Scan Software.
  4. Next, download and install SPbinder as an Administrator (Run as Administrator). Download the SurePrep Installer from the section in the Admin FileRoom.
  5. If prompted to save, click
    Save As
    .
  6. After the installer downloads, right-click the installer, and then click
    Run as Administrator
    .
  7. Go through the Install Process. Please make note of your file path as setup in
    Admin
    >
    Account Setup
    >
    Download files Setup
    . You will need to set the Program File Path and the Download Folder Path during install to match the path within the Firms' setup.
  8. Once installed login to SurePrep FileRoom.
  9. Try and open a binder. Several Updates should run. If the updates do not run or stall, please make sure that users have full security rights to the file paths within Admin>Account Setup>Download Files Setup.
  10. You should then be able to access the binders.
