Require office location

Office Location
is a required field in TaxCaddy, FileRoom, GoFileRoom, and API submissions. Office location is used to calculate sales tax. In FileRoom, office location is a required field when creating a new binder or editing an existing binder. In TaxCaddy, office location is a required field when adding a new client.

Only the following special characters are allowed: & - _ ' ( )
You can't use the following special characters: ! , . ; " *
Required office location in FileRoom
In FileRoom, you will see 
Office Location
 as a required field when creating a new binder.
Office Location in the Create New Binder window.
The
Edit Binder
window will also display
Office Location
as a required field.
Office Location field when editing a binder in FileRoom.
Required office location in TaxCaddy
In TaxCaddy, you will see 
OFFICE LOCATION
 as a required field when adding or importing new clients.

Office Location
also becomes a required field when binder access restrictions are placed based on office location.
