Deduction information

When creating a binder, you can select how you will be providing deduction information.
Follow these steps to select how you will be providing deduction information for a trust:
  1. Initiate creating a new binder.
  2. In the 
    Create New Binder
     window, select the 
    Trust Information
     tab.
  3. Go to the 
    Select Deduction Information
     section.
  4. If the scanned images include deduction information related to the settings in
    Select Deduction Information
    , select
    Deduction information is included in the scanned image file
    . When you select this option, the specific settings are turned off.
  5. If the scanned images don't contain this information, select
    Deduction information is provided below
    . This will turn on the settings for
    Deductions
    and
    Other deductions
    . Once these are active, you can choose your options.
