Refer-a-Friend History

  • From the Report window select the option 'Refer-a-Friend History'.
  • From the 'Refer-a-Friend' dropdown select the option 'Refer-a-Friend History'.
  • The 'Refer-a-Friend History' window is displayed as seen below:
  • You can view the details of the invites sent from your SPbinder.
  • 'View all Records' is a default option. To view data for a specific time period, you can select 'From Date' – 'To Date' from the dropdown.
Note:
If the box for 'View All Records' is checked, then the 'From Date' – 'To Date' box, 'Details' button and 'Clear' button will be disabled.
  • To choose a specific time period, select the Calendar icon in the 'From Date' and 'To Date' dropdown. The calendar for the current month and year will appear. Select the or to switch between month and year.
  • Select a date in the month calendar in the 'From Date' and 'To Date' dropdown to select the period for which you want to view the details and select .
  • You can view the account history for that specific time period.
  • The Refer-A-Friend History can be exported to excel by selecting the button.
  • The following screen will be displayed:
  • Choose the relevant option. The Refer-a-Friend details will be available in Excel.
  • If you want specific data to be exported, use the filter functionality on individual columns under the 'Refer-a-Friend History' tab and export the filtered data using the feature.
  • Selecting the icon besides the 'Export to Excel' window will take you to the help page.
  • The button removes all filters that have been either applied on individual columns or when the search option has been used.
Note
: The 'Clear Filter' button gets activated when the filters are applied on columns or when the Search box is used for searching a desired row. Otherwise, it remains inactive or grayed out.
  • Use the box to search for desired data. The search functionality is applicable to the following columns under the Refer-a-Friend History tab:
    • Last Invite Sent On
    • User Name
    • Friend's Email ID
    • Referral Status
    • Product
