When using TaxCaddy, you want to be sure that the sensitive information you provide within our services, be it for yourself, your firm, or on behalf of your clients, is housed securely. We at SurePrep pride ourselves on our ability to do so. Through third-party security measures, we've audited, tested, and validated our systems and found that TaxCaddy properly enforces security controls to support a secure processing solution. Our audits and certifications can be found on Whistic for you to review, assuring you of the high level of regard we at SurePrep hold ourselves to when handling your sensitive records.
Follow these steps to access our security reports on Whistic:
  2. Our SOC 2 will be listed in the
    Audits and Certifications
     section. Select this tile to open the viewing options on the right of your screen.
  3. A window will appear informing you of the security steps SurePrep and Whistic have put in place to keep this information secure. If you'd like to proceed in viewing this document, create a new Whistic account or sign in to an existing account.
  4. Once you've signed in, SurePrep will grant you access to the requested document. Review this document at your earliest convenience.
