Forms
tab will only be available if you created the binder with the
Classic Leadsheets
option selected.
To view data tax return data captured by OCR or added by reviewers, select the
Forms
tab on the bottom-left side of SPbinder, next to the
Leads
and
Notes
tab.
The
Forms
tab is divided into the following sections:
Forms Category
Form Category Sections
Input Forms
Input Fields
Forms Toolbar
Forms category
Shows categories that mirror the categories available in your tax application.
(For example, Form Categories in GoSystem Tax RS binders will match the form categories defined in GoSystem Tax RS.)
Form category sections
Shows sub-sections for each selected category.

You can see which entity is currently selected in view on the
FORMS
tab without needing to scroll.
Selected proforma forms will appear in blue color.
For certain category sections, you may have many entities - making it time-consuming to locate the form. You can use the
Filter
input field to narrow down the list of entity names while you're typing. A filter can save you time by narrowing down the results, especially when you have multiple entities listed under the forms category section.
The filter field isn't available when you:
Select a category with no forms present in it
Select Single instance forms
Input Forms
Shows all separate input forms for the selected category section.

Important Note For GoSystem Tax RS Users
In GoSystem Tax RS, “VAR” date creates a diagnostic for capital gain/loss transactions.
Based on IRS changes, use the following valid date format (MM/DD/YYYY) in the
Date Acquired
and
Date Sold
fields in SPbinder.
“VAR” is no longer an accepted value and will return the following message:
