Using the Review Tree

The
Review Tree
tab lets you review binder documents based on various stages of the review process.
Review Tree
tab is located on
Index/Review Tree
.
In the
Review Tree
, the following category hierarchy exists:
  • Blank Field(s)
  • New Forms with No Field(s)
  • Missing Document(s)
  • Unreviewed Field(s) Created by
  • Fields Marked as Estimates
  • Uncleared Note(s)
  • Unreviewed T/R Stamp(s)
  • Unreviewed Sticky Note(s)
  • Workpapers Marked for Roll Forward
  • Unreviewed Workpaper(s)
Review Nodes appears in the
Review Tree
tab only if they have fields for a particular category. The number of fields corresponds to Forms, Sticky Notes, Notes, and Stamps present for that category.
If no fields exist, those categories will be hidden in the
Review Tree
tab. In other words, categories which have a zero (in brackets) next to them will be hidden, and categories which have a number (in brackets) next to them will be visible. The number denotes the number of fields present for that category. However, this feature doesn't apply to all review nodes. For nodes that display the
Mark all Workpaper(s) as Reviewed
/
Mark all Workpaper(s) as Unreviewed
in the shortcut menu, the option will be visible.
This functionality applies for both In-house and Outsources binders.
To expand the review node, select the
Expand
icon . To expand the categories in each review node, select the
Expand All
icon .
