View members assigned to a Member Engagement Team

The Member Engagement button appears on client profiles if the Assigned Members Only feature is enabled on your TaxCaddy domain. This allows you to assign members to clients and restrict access to Client Profiles to only team members assigned to the client.
Follow these steps to see team members assigned to a client. 
  1. Log in to TaxCaddy, on the
    Overview
    screen, select client's record to view the client profile.
  2. Select
    More Actions
    on the navigation bar then select
    Member Engagement Team
    .
  3. The Member Engagement Team is displayed in a popup. Select
    Done
    to close the popup.
