Indicate a requested item doesn't apply or was already provided

You and your client can fulfill a client's document request by marking the document as doesn't apply or was already provided. Requested documents marked as
doesn't apply
/
already provided
will hide the requested document from the clients' documents request list.
Follow these steps to indicate a requested document doesn't apply:
  1. On the
    Overview
    screen, select a client tile to view the client profile. You can also search for a client and select the client tile from the result.
  2. Select
    Documents
    , then select
    Requested Items
    .
  3. On the document tile, select the
    Menu
    icon.
  4. On the document menu, select
    Already Provided
    or
    Doesn't Apply
    .
