    All SurePrep customers will need to create a new Thomson Reuters account. However, firms using SSO will be migrated in a future phase.

    If you have access to multiple domains then you only need to activate your TR account once. After you successfully sign in with your Thomson Reuters account, you will have the option to select which domain you want to access from a drop-down menu.

    No, signing in or out of other Thomson Reuters account supported products will not affect your sign-in session with SurePrep.
