Manage Countries & Currencies

In
Administration > System > Country/Currency
 you can assign codes to a Units for reporting purposes.
To import country and currency codes, complete the appropriate fields on the #CUR# Currencies and #COU# Countries sheets in the Import Categories template.

Country Code and Name

  • You can create additional countries and currencies as needed.
  • The country Codes is user-defined and can be any combination of alpha and numeric characters, including spaces, up to 60 characters.
  • You can edit an existing country code and name.
  • At this point you may designate Mass Update Rates. Enter the Beginning Deferred and Ending Deferred Rates and Current Tax Rate.

Currency Symbol and Name

  • The currency symbol is user-defined and can be any combination of alpha and numeric characters, including spaces, up to 60 characters. The currency symbol and name can be edited after the code is created.
  • The currency symbol appears in the header of reports in the local currency view.
  • At this point you may designate Mass Update Rates. Enter the Beginning and Ending FX Rates and Weighted FX Rate.
