Data Entry Reference

DATA ENTRY
list, resides in the Review & Edit Introduction page. Here you can access all DATA ENTRY pages and modify data for all jurisdictions.

Use
Review & Edit
in the Tax Provision menu to access the Data Entry pages.

Use
BASE DATASET
to select the dataset period and type to enter data.

Use
DATA ENTRY
to select and enter data for your components.

Use the options to refresh, export (informational purposes), and print data in the grid.

Use the tabs for Temporary Differences to enter
DETAIL
or
ROLLFORWARD
data.

Use the grid options to:
  • modify your data by using
    Add
    ,
    Delete
    ,
    Import
    ,and
    Export (template)
    .
  • change how the data appears in the grid by selecting
    Maximize Grid
    ,
    Group
    ,
    Filter
    , and
    Settings
    .

Use Grouping to group your data into a new order by dragging columns to this section of the page.

Use the grid to:
  • enter and review your data entry information.
  • add
    Attachments
    & Comments
    in the
    Actions
    column to support your data entry.
  • review your data entry's history by selecting the
    Data Source
    field for a data entry line.
