New Features

Global Minimum Tax available in Excel Workpapers
You can now do SET and GET operations for Global Minimum (GMT) Tax fields from Excel Workpapers. Find them on the Field Browser and Functions section under Get data/Set Data, Tax Provision, then GMT – GMT Automation.
  • GMT Codes:
    • GMTRP - GMT Responsible Parent (Target Unit)
    • GMTTR - GMT Global Minimum Tax Rate
    • GMTIA - GMT Other GloBE Income Adjustments (Local)
    • GMTTA - GMT Covered Tax Adjustment (Local)
    • GMTIE - GMT Substance Based Income Exclusion (Local)
    • GMTDM - GMT Qualified Domestic Minimum Top Up Tax (Local)
    • GMTAT - Choose Target Adjustment Type
    • GMTAP - Target Adjustment to Post to
For SET, you can also now enable or disable the Automation Policy checkbox using the GMTA – GMT Automation policy.
  • Use Yes or Y to enable, and No or N to disable. Not case sensitive.
Audit Trail
View audit trail history on changes made to a filing unit, similar to other categories viewable in Administration, Audit Trail.
To review the audit history:
  1. Go to Administration, Audit Trail, then View Numbers Data Source History.
  2. Choose your Dataset or Unit type, or both.
  3. Select Unit Dataset Options in Component Type.
  4. Select the results to view the audit trail list.

Resolved Issues

The following issues have been resolved:
Unit Federal Tax Rate
The Unit Federal Tax Rate now displays the correct rounding in Excel Workpapers.
This release resolves the issue of Excel Workpapers getting a different rounding value when using Get Data, Tax Provision, PROVISION CALCS – Provision Leadsheet Amounts, then PROVISIONCALCS.Provision Leadsheet compared to the UI.
You should now see the exact same value on both ONESOURCE Tax Provision and Excel Workpapers.
Country and Currency Detail Migration
Country and Currency details will now migrate from ONESOURCE Tax Provision to platform Common Entities during initial migration.
  • Country will successfully migrate when Country Name matches a Platform Country.
  • Currency will successfully migrate when Currency Code matches a Platform Currency Code.
Payable Entry Screen
You can now seamlessly filter and navigate through data, even when the classes have more than 100 subclasses.
  • The Navigate button at pagination has been fixed, ensuring a smooth transition between pages.
  • You will see first 1-100 on page 1, the next 101-200 on page 2, and likewise on subsequent pages.
Data Entry Screen
Subclasses are displayed even when a Class contains more than 100 subclasses.
  • With the latest updates, you will no longer see “undefined” subclasses as a selection when defining data for classes with relatable information.
  • You will now see subclasses displayed with their appropriate details.
