Export 1040 client data into Planner CS

To export UltraTax/1040 client data into Planner CS:

In UltraTax CS, select File
, Open
to open the 1040 client whose data you want to export into Planner CS.

From the Utilities menu, select Planner CS (Export)
to export the UltraTax/1040 client's data into Planner CS.

Planner CS will open automatically once the UltraTax/1040 client data has been exported. The

Import Client Data

window opens, where you can choose to export to a new plan or to an existing plan. Do 1 of the following:

To create a new plan with this ID, select OK
.

To import to an existing plan, select the Existing Plan
to open the Import to

Existing Plan

window.

Once you select OK
, the plan will open in Planner CS.
