Screen 8805 - Withholding Sec 1446 Foreign Part
Use this screen to record information from the client's Form 8805 – Foreign Partner's Information Statement of Section 1446 Withholding Tax. When you enter withholding on this screen, it reports on Form 1040NR, line 62b. The application uses this information to produce Form 8805 for ELF, and it is attached to the electronic file submitted to the IRS.
Only federal income tax withheld from Form 8805 reports on Form 1040NR, Page 2, line 62b. Report the income from Form 8805, Foreign Partner's Information Statement of Section 1446 Withholding Tax, on the appropriate input screen.
