Screen 4136 - Fuel Tax Credit (1040)
Gallons / Type of Use
Enter the number of gallons of fuel in each rate category field. Enter only whole gallons. A fieldview is available for other nontaxable use fields. When a type of use is selected from the view, the number is reported on the appropriate line of Form 4136.
Explanation of evidence of dyes
Use the statement attached to this field to enter the required explanation of the evidence of dyes. Entries in this statement will mark the appropriate box on Form 4136 and generate a printed statement to be included with the return.
