Total IRA principle distributions when Form IRA not filed
Enter the total distributions of principle in all years for which you haven't filed a Form IRA. These amounts transfer to Form IRA.
Total IRA Form 1099 Box 2 amount related to this distribution
Enter the total of all IRA distributions from Box 2 of Form 1099 pertaining to this Form IRA distribution. These amounts transfer to Form IRA.
Total prior year distributions excluded by Delaware
Enter the total of all distributions excluded in prior years where a Form IRA has been filed (total of line 10 entries on all prior-year IRA Forms). These amounts transfer to Form IRA.
