Screen INPOA - Indiana Power of Attorney (1040)

To calculate Form POA-1, Power of Attorney:
  1. Go to the federal
    POA
     screen.
  2. Enter a T, S, J code.
  3. Go to the
    INPOA
     screen.
  4. Fill out the Tax Matters Information section as needed for the client.
  5. Mark the
    All matters
     field or complete the
    Specified authorized acts
     or
    Deletions to authorized acts
     statements.
To print Form POA-1, include the following information (in addition to the Tax Matters Information):
  • Taxpayer SSN (on the federal
    1040
     screen) or the 10-digit Indiana Taxpayer Identification Number (on the
    INPOA
     screen).
  • Representative name and complete address information.
  • Signer's telephone number.
