Use this section to enter general information for the completion of the Louisville Metro returns. The Louisville Metro Revenue Commission only gets electronically filed returns from entities with a valid, ten-digit account number.
Louisville Metro account number
UltraTax/1040-KY displays the account number entered on any of the
KYC Info
screens for Louisville Metro. UltraTax CS generates a separate Form OL-3 for each distinct account number.Residency Information
This section is used in determining the periods of residency in Louisville Metro. UltraTax CS uses this data to calculate the Louisville Metro portion of the OL-3. You can enter either the dates of residency or the number of days.
Business Information
This section is used to complete the Questions section on Form OL-3. This information prints on the forms or as a statement for the returns.
Calculate a return for rental properties
UltraTax CS automatically calculates the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Net Profits License Fee Return when the aggregate of the gross rental receipts fields on the CRent screen and the C4835 are equal to or more than $50,000 and there is an account number on the screen.
If other entities qualify as rental income and the gross rental receipts will total $50,000, mark this box. All rental income will create a return.
