Use this screen to complete the Credit for Wellness Program Worksheet. The total amount of expenditures used for the credit will be added back to income on Schedule 1. You may enter multiple units of the worksheet and all units will be included in the electronic record when e-filing return.
Carryover
UltraTax/1040-ME does not calculate a carryover. If Schedule A credits exceed tax liability and you wish to carryover this credit, enter the amount of the carryover. Amounts entered will proforma to the following year.
Carryover from
Enter carryover amount from the prior-year form. This amount proformas for the returns previously prepared in UltraTax CS.
Carryforward to
If Schedule A credits exceed tax liability, enter the amount for each taxpayer that should be transferred forward. UltraTax CS does not calculate the carryforward but proformas the amount entered to the following year return.
