Overview

This screen is virtually identical to the federal 1099M Screen, and the information that appears in this screen is transferred from the federal 1099M Screen. Enter any state-related law differences and details in this screen.
  • For Massachusetts resident returns, Schedule C, E, F, and 4835 activities are calculated the same as for the federal return.
  • For Massachusetts nonresident and part-year returns, amounts from the federal 1099M Screen are multiplied by the instate percentage entered in the multi-state allocation spreadsheet for the corresponding activity before they transfer to this screen.
