Screen MJCCFPY - Michigan Cities Common Form Part-year Information (1040)
Overview
Use this screen to enter information for calculations of Form CF-1040, Schedule TC, for part-year residents. Enter wage allocation in the MJCW2 screen. Enter employee business expense allocation in the MJC2106 screen. All other income, exclusions, and deduction information must be entered in this screen. A unit of MJCCFPY is available for each city selected which accepts Form CF-1040.
- Data entry in this screen is accessible only for returns with a residency status of part-year.
- If a particular field doesn’t apply to the specified city, the field is not accessible.
- All part year residents are needed to submit a Schedule TC with their CF-1040 return.
- Enter detail for resident, nonresident, and excluded (income not taxable at either resident or nonresident rate) income in the statement window attached to each field.
