Amounts in this screen don't transfer from UltraTax/1040. Enter only amounts from a federal screen that aren't included on a Schedule C, E, F, or Form 4835. Each unit of the MOKCM screen creates a separate unit of Form 108B when any one unit has allocation data entered.
General Information
Business street address
Enter the name and address of the business's physical location if it's different from the legal name and address on the Form RD-108 return.
Allocation
Use this section to allocate the portion of business income derived from a Kansas City source. Complete this section only if the filer is a nonresident who derives profits from an unincorporated business activity that conducts business or performs services both inside and outside the city. These amounts are used to complete Form RD-108B, Schedule Y.
