Explanation of changes
Enter an explanation of changes to income or exemptions to accompany Form DP-10 in the statement window.
Balance due or refund on original return
Enter the amount paid with the original return plus any additional amount paid after the return was filed or the refund from the original return. Enter balance due amounts as a positive number and refund as a negative number. Amounts entered are included on the return as "Paid with original return (Amended returns only)" with refunds listed as negative amounts.
