Part-year and nonresident - IT-230-I income percentage
If Form IT-230 is present in a nonresident or part-year return, the state of New York requires that an income percentage be calculated using the worksheet in the Form IT-230 instructions. Enter the percentage calculated on the worksheet in this field. Your entry replaces the calculated income percentage on Form IT-203, Page 3, line 45.
Form 4972, part 2 / part 3 (Force)
UltraTax CS automatically uses amounts as they were reported for federal Form 4972. Enter an amount in these fields only if you want to force (override) the amounts used on federal Form 4972.
