General Information
UltraTax CS uses the information in this section to complete Form ND-1TC.
Property tax clearance county name
Enter the county name when certain credits have been used on the tax return. Review the instructions to determine when the county name is required. When more than one county is entered, a list of all entered counties appears in the field.
Agricultural commodity investment credit: Unused credit from prior year
Enter the amount of unused Agricultural Commodity Investment Tax Credit from the prior year. This amount is used to calculate current-year allowable credit.
Mobilized employee wage credit
Enter the amount of compensation paid to an employee while on federal active duty with the National Guard, provided that the compensation received for a given time period is less then what the employee’s compensation would have been if not mobilized.
Partnership plan long-term care insurance credit
Enter the amount of premiums paid during the year for the Partnership plan long term insurance. UltraTax CS limits the amount entered based on filing status of the return.
