Overview

Use this screen to complete Form SD100. Starting 2023, the Form SD100 is a consolidated form. Complete a separate unit for each school district you
resided
in during the year.

Return Information

School district
Enter the school district number you or if filing jointly, you and/or your wife resided. If you're unsure of the number for a particular school district, select from the fieldview list of selections. If a resident of Ohio and a taxing school district number was entered on the
OHGen
screen, that number is transferred to the first unit of the
SD
screen. To prepare Estimated Tax Vouchers for a new taxing school district for the following year, select district number 9999 – Estimated Tax Vouchers Only.
note
If you're claiming a refund for tax withheld for a nonresident taxing school district, don't create a unit for nonresident taxing school districts. The tax withheld is included in the Schedule of School District Witholding and flows to the
School district income tax withheld - Schedule of School District Withholding, Part A, line 1 (include schedule and income statements)
line of SD 100.
