Screen OKSTCr - Oklahoma Credit for Taxes Paid To Other States (1040)

Show all hidden content

Overview

Use this screen to complete Form 511-TX. If you're processing a multiple-state return, first process the nonresident state(s), then the resident state. UltraTax/1040-OK transfers necessary information from the nonresident return(s) to the resident return to complete the credit for taxes paid to other states.
note
If the taxpayer / spouse is a part-year resident of Oklahoma and you're processing a multiple-state return, UltraTax/1040-OK
does not
transfer information from the other part-year returns. Use the
Force
fields to generate the credit for part-year residents.
If UltraTax CS is used to calculate another state’s return and it generates a credit for taxes paid to another state, UltraTax/1040-OK automatically includes a copy of that return. When filing on paper, a paper copy prints. When filing electronically, a portable document format (PDF) file of the nonresident return is attached.
