screen is completed, UltraTax CS transfers the federal representative data from the federal POA
screen to this screen. Transferred data may be changed, as needed. Enter data in the Tax Matters Information
section in this screen to generate the state power of attorney form.General Information
Taxpayer, spouse, or joint
Enter the letter to indicate the person(s) for whom the Oklahoma power of attorney applies. If this field is blank, UltraTax CS defaults to the federal power of attorney choice.
Representative/Appointee Information
Use this section to enter representative information if different from the federal
POA
screen. The information transferred from UltraTax/1040 can be overridden on a field-by-field basis.Tax Matters Information
Use this section to enter the type of tax, tax form number, year or period, specific tax matters, or other additions or deletions to authorized acts for which the designated representative has authority. Entries made in these fields are used to generate the state power of attorney form.
