transfers to this screen. UltraTax CS uses this information to calculate Forms PTE, PTE-NR, and PTE-PY. Information can be overruled on a unit-by-unit basis.To create an ORPTE screen for qualified income passed through a trust, create the type of activity that generated the income that passed it through the trust. Indicate state use code 18 and mark the "Inactive activity" field on the applicable federal screen. The ORPTE screen will be created with the correct type of entity. Complete all information required on the ORPTE screen.
