Seller satisfies all requirements to exclude gain
Mark this field if the sale of this residence isn't taxable. UltraTax CS default is to include the gain or loss on the tax return.
Date former home was acquired
If the former home was acquired prior to June 1, 1971, any taxable gain from the sale is reported on Form PA-40 Schedule D-71. UltraTax CS automatically completes Schedule D-71 when the acquired date is prior to 6/1/71.

Enter both fair market value amounts if this field is marked, to indicate that the property surrounding the residence was used for nonresidential purposes.
Total square footage used for residential purposes / Total square footage of entire property
Enter both square footage amounts if this field is marked, to indicate that the residence itself was used for nonresidential purposes. For the square footage used for residential purposes, don't include any portion that was subject to depreciation at any time during the holding period.
